About SquishClip

SquishClip is a free, in-browser video toolkit for compressing, converting, and remuxing video files — without uploading anything. Every operation runs locally in your browser using WebCodecs and WebAssembly; your video files are processed entirely on your device.

Privacy is a core design constraint. There are no accounts, no upload servers, and no file size telemetry. The site is supported by display advertising. You can verify that nothing is uploaded by watching the Network tab in your browser's developer tools while using the tool.

SquishClip is built and maintained by the same independent developer behind HEIC Fox, VinMole, and TranscriptBear, under the Fradley Programs umbrella — a small collection of free, ad-supported browser tools focused on doing one thing well.
